In the heart of the Pays d'Auge region, not far from the beaches of the Côte Fleurie, is this family farm, producing Calvados, cider and apple juice. Sale on site.
Nestled in a green setting, the farm has 15 hectares of apple orchards of ten years old, selected from the Pays d'Auge catalog and 9 hectares of low stems. All of these fruits ripen on the tree and are harvested when ripe. Calvados comes from the double distillation of cider and then stored in barrels. Belonging to different PDOs is earned and cultivated.
