FERME DES PARQUETS
Ciders, perries, apple juice, pear juice, Pommeau de Normandie, Calvados Pays d'Auge: all our products are produced on the farm and come from our 2000 trees with 70 different varieties.
The Ferme des Parquets is a family farm located a stone's throw from Honfleur. We offer a range of farm cider products made entirely from our apple and pear orchards, mainly planted "in high stems". The "high stem" is interesting from an ecological point of view, because it limits the input of phytosanitary products and therefore maintains the exceptional biodiversity of the Norman groves. The cider farm manages in parallel, a herd of dairy cows to ensure this balance between orchards, pastures and the natural environment.
