Warm welcome, quality products, explanation of know-how and tasting of products.
My story begins in 1999 when I became a cider producer in Croissanville in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, starting to pick apples by hand with my family and press them in an old-fashioned screw press!
In 2001 I called on a trusted and talented itinerant distiller to produce my Calvados. Over time we have modernized by acquiring a cider press in 2003 and our first self-propelled apple picker in 2006.
On October 1, 2015, my son Axel took over the production of ciders, apple juice and cider confit.
Our high-stem orchard is located 1km from our farm and 13km for our half-stem and low-stem orchard. We have more than 25 varieties of cider apples called Doux Normandie, Bedan, Binet Rouge, Tardive de la Sarthe, Avrolles, Cartigny, Noël des champs, Douce Moen ...
You will be welcomed with open arms for a (free) tasting of cider, but also of Calvados and Pommeau (PDO), in the heart of an operation small in size but large in talent.
A house at human height and soul level where joy remains.
