Billy's farm, a brand, a place and a family spirit: authenticity, conviviality, respect for nature and local traditions where everyone, young and old, is welcome.
Well established in the heart of Rots' town (14), Billy's farm has become a real “lieu-dit” in the village. It has more than 15,000 apple trees and benefits from a bucolic environment with its orchards, donkeys, stream and small 12th century chapel, owned by the estate.
In 2013, Olivier and Guillaume Vauvrecy took over the cider business from their father Henri, fully aware of their inheritance. Favoring fruit quality over quantity, they are committed to reasoned cultivation and preservation of the natural environment.
Very often rewarded, their know-how is recognized in the world of gastronomy and mixology, their products being found on beautiful tables, in delicatessens but also in trendy bars.
In addition to a desire to develop a very innovative range of products around cider apples, Olivier and Guillaume are also passionate about art and the estate offers them a large playground that they like to share with other artists. An enchanting and unique setting to discover in free access.
