After working as an agronomist in the world of wine, I came back to my native region with the conviction that there are also great cider-producing regions.
My practices and my range of ciders are inspired by the wine world: manual crop, vintage, selections within a parcel, natural fermentation in the bottle. This unique approach allows us to offer gourmet ciders that can be found on the tables of passionate chefs.
Committed to healthy and sustainable agriculture, the Estate is currently being converted to Organic Agriculture.
