Cidres et Poirés AOP: a perfect pairing with contemporary street food

From April to September, once a month, Le Food Market welcomed producers of Cidre Pays d'Auge, Cidre Cotentin, and Poiré Domfront to Boulevard de Belleville in Paris. This initiative aimed to make these unique and gastronomic beverages more accessible by pairing them with some of the finest contemporary street food.

For context, the concept of Le Food Market is to gather around 15 chefs and restaurateurs in a "market-canteen" format. Participants range from Michelin-starred chefs to döner kebab vendors, as well as neighborhood diners and bistronomic restaurants. The event is open to everyone and takes place in a lively and festive atmosphere.
